Ink Central aims to provide you with quality products at low prices. In the event you need to return a purchase to us:
Firstly, contact us to obtain a RA (Return Authorisation number). Returned goods will not be accepted without an Ink Central RA number. The RA number is to be clearly marked on the returned goods packaging when posting back to us.
1. Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Printer Consumables & Spare Parts - Cartridges, Fuser units, Belt units, Labels and Paper.
Hardware - Cables, Scanners, Printers and Label Printers
Ink Central are happy to offer you a store credit or refund for the unused and unopened items you return, however, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note:
- Items to be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- Items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused, unopened and free of any additional labels or marks. Resealed items will not be accepted. We suggest using different external packaging for shipping to ensure items returned are in good condition.
- All freight charges and insurance associated with the return are your responsibility.
- We will not issue a store credit or refund for items that have not been received by our warehouse, therefore we recommend all items are returned with a tracking number
- Goods that are shipped with ‘receiver to pay’ will be declined.
Ink Central reserves the right not to offer a credit or refund if the above terms are not adhered to.
2. Faulty Items
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, credit or refund, at the discretion of the manufacturer and/or Ink Central. We will reject a repair, replacement, credit or refund claim where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
Genuine Printer Consumables & Hardware
Ink Central is not a service centre / manufacturer. We recommend you contact the manufacturer directly if you suspect an item is faulty for technical support. If the manufacturer is unable to resolve the issue, they will advise on how to proceed.
Please request a case number for us to reference when returning items to us, we require this to claim on your behalf. We also require:
- Case number provided to you by the manufacturer
- Ink Central invoice number of the purchase
- Evidence showing the issue you’re experiencing – samples, photos etc
- Item serial number and machine model number
- Faulty items returned to our warehouse - we will arrange to collection at our expense. Please ensure all items such as cables, user manuals etc. are enclosed.
If we are able to replicate the issue of a returned item, we will arrange to repair the product if appropriate. Otherwise, we will send you a replacement, issue a store credit or refund.
Please note:
- Empty or expired items will not be credited or replaced.
- If the item has been tampered with, the cartridge will not be replaced or credited.
- All cartridges must be sealed to ensure they do not leak or get lost in transit.
- Upon receiving goods, we will investigate them and contact you to advise you of the outcome.
- Faulty items must be returned to our warehouse. We will arrange collection of the goods at our expense.
3. Items Damaged in Transit
Check your deliveries upon receipt. Items damaged in transit must be reported to Ink Central within 24 hours from the date of receipt.
